What type of leather do you use?

All of our products are made with top grade, full grain, veg tanned, Italian leather. The specific type used will vary depending on the product and collection. You can check the product description of each item for more details.

What type of thread do you use?

All of our products are hand-stitched using superior German thread that has been produced since 1895. This thread has become the gold standard in the leather crafting industry for its durability and strength. It is also UV resistant.

How big are your card holders? How many cards do they hold?

Card holder dimensions differ based on the design. You can find the specific measurements in the product description of each item. Each card holder can hold between 3 and 6 cards comfortably, as well as folded bills. 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards for our online store can be purchased in various denominations. Gift cards are available through our products page.

We currently offer shipping within Canada.

What are the shipping options?

We have a few different shipping options.
For customers in the local Belleville area, we offer free local delivery.
For customers outside of the local area, we offer the following:

• Standard shipping (5-8 business days)
• Xpresspost shipping (3-5 business days)
• Express shipping (1-2 business days, excluding Nunavut)

Can I return an item?

No. We do not offer returns on products. If there is a manufacturing defect when you receive your item, please contact us through email at info@waywardsouls.ca.
